INGREDIENTS


 1. 500 grams of potato

 2. 500 g golden gravy

 3. 50 grams of mallow

 4. 10 grams of cheese

 5. 2 green chillies

 6. 1/4 spoon of lemon

 7. 1/4 spoon green color

 8. 1/4 spoon red chili

 9. 1/4 spoon garam masala

 10. Salt as per test

 11. Sugar as per test

 12. Cornflower

 13. Coriander

 14. Oil for frying


 INGREDIENTS OF GOLDEN GRAVY 


 1. 200 grams of oil

 2. 600 grams of onion

 3. 500 grams of tomato

 4. 30 grams of garlic

 5. 30 grams of chillies

 6. 30 grams of ginger

 7. 3 pieces of cinnamon

 8. 3 cloves

 9. 3 Nos. Badiya

 10. 3 Nos. Bay leaves

 11. 3 nos of cardamom

 12. 3 spoons of garam masala

 13. 3 spoons of chana masala

 14. 1 teaspoon chaat masala

 15. 3 teaspoons of chili

 16. 3 spoons of coriander seeds

 17. 1 teaspoon Kasturi Methi

 INSTRUCTIONS OF GOLDEN GRAVY 


 1. Make a paste of garlic, ginger and chillies


 2. Make tomato paste


 3. Grind the onion and make a paste


 4. Boil the poppy seeds in water, wash them with plain water and make a paste


 5. First take oil in a pan and add all the garam masala in it, add garlic, ginger, chili paste and saute. Now add tomato paste and boil, add onion paste and add garam masala.


 6. Add chana masala, chaat masala, chillies, coriander seeds, musk fenugreek, turmeric, salt, poppy seed paste and when it becomes smooth, remove from gas and add coriander.


 INSTRUCTIONS OF STUFF DUMAALU 


 1. Boil a medium size potato, peel it, make a hole with a paddle and mix it with potato, mango, green chillies, green color, lemon, sugar, coriander. Stuff the inside of the potato and fry it in oil with cornflour or sawdust.


 2. Take golden gravy in a pan and put the stuffed potato in it.
