Palak Paneer Recipe | Spinach Paneer
Hii Guy's Today I will make you a Indian famous palak paneer for you . Palak Paneer is one of the most popular Indian dish made with succulent Paneer cubes in a smooth spinach sauce. You can find these recipes in any corner of India. I enjoyed these recipes, you will too!😊😊
Ingredients
(1) Spinach - 400 grams
(2) Sugar - 1/2 tsp
(3)Paneer - 300 grams
(4) Refined oil - 2- 4 tbsp
(5) Asafoetida - 1- 2 pinch
(6) Cumin - half a teaspoon
(7)Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
(8) Kasuri fenugreek - 2 tsp
(9) Tomato - 4/5
(10) Green chili - 2
(11) Ginger - 1 inch long piece
(12) Gram flour - 2 tsp
(13) Cream or Malai - 2 tbsp
(14) Red Chilli - less than 1/4 tsp
(15) Salt - as per taste
(16) Maharaja Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
(17)Lime juice - 2 tsp or a small lemon
Method
(1) Remove the stalks of spinach, wash the leaves thoroughly 2 times and put them in a vessel, add 1/4 cup water and sugar, cover and keep it to boil, the spinach gets boiled in 5-6 minutes.
(2)Turn the gas off.
(3) Cut paneer into square pieces. You can add paneer to the curry either by frying or without frying it (heat a non-stick tawa for frying the paneer, add some oil and fry the paneer pieces on the tawa till they turn light brown on both sides).
(4) Wash tomatoes, cut into pieces. Break the stalks of green chillies, wash them. Peel the ginger, wash it and cut it into 3-4 pieces. Grind them all finely with a mixie.
(5) Put oil in the pan and heat it. Put asafoetida and cumin seeds in the hot oil. After roasting cumin seeds, add turmeric powder and kasuri methi, now add gram flour and fry it for a while, add tomato, ginger, green chili paste to this spice and fry the spices for 2 minutes, add cream or cream and fry the spices until Till oil starts floating on top of the spices.
(6)After the boiled spinach cools down, grind it finely with a mixie, mix the spinach paste in the roasted spices.
(7)Add water and salt as per your need to keep the curry or thin in the curry, after it starts boiling, add paneer pieces, cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Turn the gas off.
(8) Palak paneer curry is ready. Add garam masala and lemon juice to palak paneer curry.
(9) Take out the Palak Paneer curry in a bowl. Garnish with a teaspoon of cream. Serve hot vegetable with chapati or naan and eat

Palak paneer is served hot with sides like rotli, naan, parantha, makki di roti. It can also be served with onions.
