 How To Make Panner Pasanda



Recipe Name:- Paneer Pasada

Hii Guy's Today I will make you a Indian spices sabji paneer pasanda   for you. Wanted to try something new for a long time. I enjoyed these recipes, you will too!😊😊

Ingredients:-

 1.Paneer - 300 grams paneer (take in one piece) 
2.Maida or cornflour or arrowroot - 2 table spoon 
3.Ginger paste - half teaspoon 
4.Cashew nuts, almonds  and Pistachios - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
5. Raisins - 1 tbsp 
6.Oil - for gravy for frying cheese sandwiches 
7.Tomato - 4 ( 200 - 250 gms ) 
8.Green Chillies - 2 
9. Cream - 1 cup ( 200 gms)  )
10.Oil - 2-3 tbsp 
11.Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp, finely chopped 
12.Ginger paste - 1 tsp 
13. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp 
14. Asafoetida - 1 pinch 
15. Cumin - ½ tsp 
16.Coriander powder  - 1 tsp 
17. Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp 
18.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp 
19.Garam masala - 1/4 tsp 
20. Salt - 1 tsp (as per taste) 

Method:-

(1) How to make Paneer Pasanda Paneer Ko  Cut it into square pieces of half an inch thick and 1.5" * 1.5". 

(2) Cut a square piece from the middle and make 2 triangular pieces.  Cut all the pieces in the same way. 

(3) Make stuffing - How to make stuffing for Paneer Pasanda For stuffing, paneer cuttings have been found, crumble it, add chopped nuts, ginger, raisins, 1 pinch of salt and a little green coriander and mix everything well, stuffing  is ready.  

(4)Make a thick smooth batter by adding 2-3 tbsp of water to arrowroot and add 1 pinch of salt and mix.  Prepare Paneer Sandwich - How to make Sandwich for Paneer Pasanda Take a triangular piece of paneer, keep the middle corner downwards in the hand and cut it into 2 parts from the middle in width in such a way that it remains attached to the bottom side. 

(5) The method of cutting can be seen from the video.  Open the cut piece of paneer and put 1-1.5 tsp stuffing in the center, spread it thinly and fill it and make a sandwich by pressing the paneer, keep the prepared sandwich in a plate.  fill all the pieces in the same way.

Fry Paneer Sandwich:-

 (1) Heat oil in a pan, pick up the paneer sandwich and dip it in the arrowroot solution, close the stuffing, and put the sandwich in the hot oil to fry, put 3-4 sandwiches at a time and turn them until they turn light brown. Fry it and take it out. Fry all the sandwiches in the same way and prepare them.


 Prepare gravy for Paneer Pasanda


 (1) Cut the tomatoes into big pieces, remove the stem from the green chilies, put the tomatoes and green chilies in the mixer and grind them finely.

(2) Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, after roasting cumin seeds, add asafoetida, add kasoori fenugreek, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger paste, fry the spices lightly. Now add ground tomato, green chili paste, also add red chili powder, and fry the spices on medium fire until the oil starts separating from the spices. Oil has started separating from the masala, the masala is roasted.

(3) Add cream to the masala and mix and stir continuously until the masala starts boiling again. Now add 1 cup of water to the spices, add garam masala and salt, also add some green coriander and mix. After the gravy starts boiling, put paneer sandwich and dip it in the gravy, turn off the gas. Cover the paneer sandwich and let it soak in the gravy for 2 minutes.

 (4) Paneer Pasanda Sabzi is ready, take it out in a bowl and garnish it with green coriander, serve Paneer Pasanda Sabzi with chapatti, paranthas, naan or rice and eat.


 suggestion:

 You can make Paneer Pasanda Gravy as per your choice, you can take cashews for gravy, you can take melon seeds, you can take poppy seeds, you can make gravy of Mawa.
