Stuffed Paneer Kofta

 



Hii Guy's Today I will make you a Indian  paneer sabji   stuffed paneer kofta  for you.Wanted to try something new for a long time.I enjoyed these recipes, you will too!😊😊


Recipe Name:- Stuffed Paneer Kofta


 Ingredients :-

 

(1)Paneer - 250 grams

 (2) Arrowroot - 4 tbsp

 (3) Potato - 3/4 boiled

 (4) Salt - as per taste 

 (5) Turmeric powder - less than 1/4 tsp

 (6)Green chili - 2

 (7) Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 

 (8) Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

 (9)Dry mango powder - less than 1/4 tsp

 (10)Oil - for frying the kofta


 Ingredients for curry:-


(1) Tomatoes 3 /5 medium sized

 (2) Green chili - 2

(3) Ginger - 1 inch long piece

 (4)Oil - 2 tbsp

 (5)Cumin - 1/4 tsp

 (6) Asafoetida - 1 pinch

 (7) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

 (8) Coriander powder - 1 tsp

 (9) Cream - 100 grams 

 (10) Red chili - 2 pinch

 (11)Salt - as per taste 

 (12) Maharaja Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

 (13)Green coriander - 2 tbsp 


Method :-


** Make Kofta - Stuffed Paneer Kofta**


(1) Add arrowroot and half a teaspoon of salt to the paneer, mash it well to make the paneer smooth and soft.


(2) Peel the potatoes, break them very finely, add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies, ginger, coriander powder and dry mango powder and mix well and knead it like a fine dough.


(3) Make 12-14 equal balls from the paneer mixture.  Prepare equal number of balls from potato mixture.


(4) Take a paneer ball and place it on your palm, flatten it, pick up a potato ball and place it over the flattened paneer ball, lift the cheese from all sides, close the potato ball and make a round shape, similarly all the paneer balls  Prepare potato balls by stuffing them and place them on a plate.  Keep the prepared balls in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.


(5) To fry the koftas, heat oil in a pan, when the oil is sufficiently hot, put 4-5 koftas in the hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown, take them out and keep them on a plate, fry all the koftas like this and take them out.


 Koftas of Stuffed Cheese Balls are ready.  You can serve them as a starter


**Make Tari - Gravy for Stuffed Paneer Kofta**


(1) Wash the tomatoes, cut them into big pieces, break the stalks of the green chillies and wash them, peel and wash the ginger and cut them into pieces, put all the things in the mixer and grind the spices finely.


(2) Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and asafoetida in hot oil, when cumin turns light brown, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, when the spices are lightly fried, add tomato paste and red chili and cook for 2-3 minutes or tomato  Fry until cooked, now add cream and fry the spices until oil comes on top of the spices.


(3) Add 2 cups of water or according to how thin you want the curry to be, salt and garam masala in the roasted spices.  Let the gravy cook for 2 minutes after the gravy comes to a boil, the gravy is ready, put the kofta in the gravy and cover it.


(4) Paneer Stuffed Kofta Vegetable is ready, take out the vegetable in a bowl and garnish with green coriander.  Serve paneer stuffed kofta with vegetable with chapatti, naan, parantha or rice and eat.


(5) Instead of powdered garam masala, add coarsely ground whole garam masala, then the taste of freshly ground garam masala is amazing.
