Hii Guy's Today I will make you a Indian famous kadai paneer for you . Kadai paneer is the combination of paneer, onion and colorfull bell peppers lined with highly spiced tomato sauce, fragrant spices and herbs. Kadai way wok and paneer is Indian cottage cheese. this is really very tasty and easy dish to make. This goes thoroughly with soft phulkas, roti or even easy pulao.You can find these recipes in any corner of India. I enjoyed these recipes, you will too!😊😊


 Ingredients

(1) Paneer - 300 grams

 (2)Capsicum - 3

 (3) Tomato - 2-3

 (4) Green chili - 2

(5) Ginger - 1 inch long piece

 (6) ghee - 2 tbsp

 (7) Cumin - half a teaspoon

 (8)Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

 (9) Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

 (10) Red chili - less than 1/4 tsp

 (11) maharaja Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

 (12) Salt - as per taste

 (13)Green Coriander - 1 tbsp (chopped)


Method

(1) Kadai paneer is made in two ways. Grind tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, and fry capsicum and cheese pieces. Fry the spices and mix everything or follow the method given below. 


(2) The vegetable prepared in both the ways turns out to be delicious.


(3) Cut the paneer into square pieces. Wash capsicum, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.



(4) Cut off the stalks of green chillies, wash them and cut them finely, peel the ginger, wash it and grate it or cut it into small pieces.


(5) Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and roast them, add turmeric powder and coriander powder, add chopped tomatoes, green chilies and ginger and fry for 1 minute, stirring with a spoon, and cover it, on low flame for 3 minutes. Cook till done, open the lid, mash the tomatoes with a spoon.


(6)Add chopped capsicum to the tomatoes and mix, cover and cook on low flame for 4 minutes, open the lid, stir with a spoon, the capsicum has become slightly soft.


(7) Now add paneer pieces, 1-2 tbsp water, salt, red chili powder and garam masala and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring with a spoon. Kadai paneer is ready.


(8) Take out the Kadhai Paneer in a pan placed on the table, garnish with green coriander. Serve hot Kadai Paneer with chapatti, parantha or naan and eat. 


(9) It would be better if you serve the paneer in the pan itself.

Butter naan, roti, plain Paratha, plain rice or jeera rice.
