About Cheese Paneer Ball
Paneer is a fresh, mild, and thick cheese that does not melt. You can also make paneer at home. Paneer is an Indian cheese made with curdled milk or lemon juice. This dish is made all over the Indian subcontinent, but North Indians love it the most.
Paneer Cheese Balls are an Indian snack made using Paneer, a mixture of cheeses. Creamy cheese, garam masala, and paneer flavors make this dish very appealing. Here in this Paneer Cheese Balls recipe, I have added enough spices for a good aroma. Cheese snacks are always a hit. This Paneer Cheese Balls recipe is my favorite. Since Paneer and Cheese recipes are kids' favorites, this recipe is perfect for school snacks too.
Serve these paneer cheese balls with hot garam chai for monsoons/winters. It becomes fun. The fun of eating in a sauce like a pudina chutney or tamarind chutney is different.

INGREDIENTS
1. Small potatoes - 400 gms
2. Cream Cheese or Paneer - 100 grams
3. Maida - 2 tablespoon salt
4. Black pepper - half teaspoon
5. Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
6. Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
7. Bread - 5-6 or semolina
8. Chaat masala - 2 tsp
9. Oil - for frying potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Wash the potatoes and add salt to taste, boil in the cooker, open the cooker, cool the potatoes, and peel them. Dissolve flour in water and make a thin paste. Add blended paneer, salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, and chili sauce.
(2) Finely crumble the bread and keep it on a plate.
(3) Put the whole peeled potato in the batter, then roll the potato in breadcrumbs and place it on a plate. Prepare all the potatoes in this way and keep them on a plate.
(4) You can also wrap it in semolina instead of bread crumbs but I find it more convenient to wrap it in bread crumbs. The outer layer of bread crumbs or semolina makes these balls crispy on top.
(5) Put oil in a pan and heat it, put the potato on one hand, and shape it round with the other hand. Put 10 - 12 potatoes in hot oil and fry them on medium-low flame until brown, take out the fried potatoes on a plate.
(6) Again, put the potatoes in oil and fry them, prepare all the potatoes in the same way and fry them and keep them on a plate. Sprinkle chaat masala over the prepared paneer cream balls.
