 Recipe Name:- Bread roll


Ingredients:-


 1. 12 raised loaves

 2. Gram flour

 3. Salt

 4. Red chillies

 5. Turmeric

 6. Sugar

 7. Lemon juice

 8. Coriander

 9. A pair of green chillies


Ingredients For Waghar:-


 1. Oil

 2. Rye

 3. Sesame

 4. Neem


Method:-


 1. Take gram flour in a bowl.


 2. Add all the spices as above.


 3. Then take a roti, spread gram flour mixture on it.


 4. Layer 3 rotis like this and roll them.


 5. Then steam the roll.


 6. After it is cooked for 20 minutes, serve it with coriander and lemon juice on top like Patra.
