About Chilli Paneer 


Chilli Paneer is a famous Indo-Chinese dish. If you are found of eating Chinese food then you can enjoy Chilli Paneer for lunch or dinner. It is a dish made with different varieties of capsicum and paneer.  You can make chili paneer recipes in restaurant style.  This dish is rich in protein and many nutrients, which is tasty and healthy for the body. Chili Paneer is basically of 2 types - Gravy and Dry.

  In this dish, the paneer is first coated in a cornstarch batter and fried until crispy.  Cornstarch brings the essential silky and smooth feel to chili paneer. Then, ingredients like garlic, capsicum, and spring onion are sautéed to make fresh chili gravy.  Then sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar are added and cooked.  So that it can be a really delicious dish.


  This Paneer Chili recipe is a kid's favorite that you can serve with roti and naan.  Can also serve with rice or noodles.

 INGREDIENTS


 1. Paneer - 300 grams

 2. Green Capsicum - 1 cut into medium size

 3. Red Capsicum - 1 cut into medium size

 4. Corn flour - 4 tbsp

 5. Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup

 6. Olive Oil - 1/4 cup

 7. Vinegar - 1 -2 tsp

 8. Soya sauce - 1-2 tsp

 9. Chilli sauce - 1-2 tsp

10. Green chili - 2-3 

 11. Ginger - 1-inch piece 

12. Salt - 1/2 tsp 

 13. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

 14. Chilli Flakes - 1/4 tsp

 15. Ajino Moto - 1- 2 Pinch

 16. Mint leaves - 10 -12


INSTRUCTIONS 


(1) Cut paneer into square pieces, take half the cornflour on a plate, and wrap the paneer pieces in cornflour.  Put 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and spread it all around, when the oil is hot, put the paneer pieces in the pan for roasting and take them out from both sides until they turn light brown.


(2) Now put the remaining oil in the pan, when hot add ginger and green chilies and fry, add green capsicum and fry for 1 minute. 


(3) Add red capsicum and fry for 1 minute, and now add fried paneer pieces, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, black pepper, Ajinomoto, and salt, and mix everything on low flame till it is well mixed. 


(4) Dissolve the remaining cornflour in 1/4 cup of water till the lumps disappear and add it to Chilli Paneer and mix, cook Chilli Paneer for 1 minute while stirring with a spoon, add coarsely chopped mint leaves and mix.


(5) Hot and very tasty Chilli Paneer is ready, make noodles with Chilli Paneer and serve and eat.


(6) If you want to make Chilli Paneer with Onion Garlic, then cut one onion thinly, and cut 4 garlic cloves into small pieces, after the oil is hot, add garlic before adding ginger and green chilies, and fry lightly, add onion and light pink  Fry till it is done, now after adding ginger, green chilies, and all the other spices in the same order, make Chilli Paneer and serve and eat.
