Instant Corn Dhokla
Hii Guy's Today I will make you a morning breakfast instant Corn Dhokla for you. This breakfast is gujrati and is eaten a lots of public in morning. I enjoyed these recipes, you will too!😊😊
Recipe Name:- Instant Corn Dhokla
Ingredients:-
1. 1 cup corn kernels,
2. 2t spoon gram flour,
3. pinch of soda, 2t spoon slightly sour curd,
4. 2 tbsp oil,
5. Salt, 1t. spoon ginger paste,
6. pinch of turmeric,
7. 1/4 T. Spoon Rye,
8. 1t spoon coconut oil,
9. Flattened,
10. Coriander,
11. Salt
Method:-
1. First of all, grind the corn kernels in a mixer jar, then take it out in a bowl, add chickpea flour, ginger, turmeric, salt, oil and mix it. Now add soda and give it a quick stir. In a greased plate, steam the pudding for 10 minutes. Boil it, now cut it and sprinkle it with coriander, coconut and save it with ketchup.
