This eggless chocolate cake is a recipe for vegetarians and vegans. This is the most delicious chocolate cake ever.  Let me teach you how to make a chocolate cake in an easy way when you are planning a family get-together, celebrating a birthday, or just want to eat cake after a meal.

This cake is moist and one gets lost in the taste of it by putting a whole piece in the mouth.  Incredibly soft and light, I made this recipe with whole wheat flour, cinnamon, and cocoa powder


Better milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate flavor, kids will love it.  But let's face it, dark chocolate is very good for your health. Not only does this recipe taste good, but it's also a little healthier than your average cake.

INGREDIENTS


1. All-purpose flour - 250 grams 


2. Ghee or butter - 100 grams 


3. Powdered sugar - 100 grams 


4. Condensed milk - 200 grams 


5. Cocoa powder - 50 grams o


6. Milk - 200 grams 


7. Baking powder - 1 tsp


8. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS


•  Grease the utensil with a little ghee or butter around the utensil for making the cake, take a small spoonful of refined flour and put it in the utensil greased with ghee and rotate the utensil by holding it from the outer side in such a way that  A thin layer of flour should cover all the space inside the utensil, remove the excess flour from the utensil.


•   Mix salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder in the flour taken for the cake and sieve it twice.


•    Mix ghee and sugar in a big utensil and mix it well with a spoon, add condensed milk and mix it well.


•   Add sifted flour little by little to this mixture and keep stirring, after adding all the flour, no lumps should remain in the flour paste for 2-3 minutes. 


•   Add milk little by little to this paste and stir, to prepare a paste of consistency similar to making pakoda for cakes.  The paste for the cake is ready, now you can add chopped walnuts, almonds, or cashew nuts to it.


•  To make a cake in the cooker, the bottom of the cake container should not touch the bottom of the cooker, otherwise, the cake may burn from the bottom.  


•   For this, a bowl of salt is spread on the bottom of the cooker so that the bottom of the cake container does not touch the bottom of the cooker and the salt heats up and maintains the temperature.


•   After putting a bowl of salt inside the cooker, keep it on high flame for two minutes and put the lid of the cooker over it.  In two, or three minutes, the cooker will be hot enough to make the cake.


•   Grease the utensil with some ghee and add some all-purpose flour, and stir the utensil in such a way that a thin layer of all-purpose flour is formed over it. 


•  Put the cake mixture in the utensil and knock it to spread the mixture evenly.  Put this utensil in a preheated cooker, put a lid on top of the cooker and close it, but don't whistle on the lid.  Cook the cake on a very low flame for 40 - 50 minutes.  


•  Check the cake after 40 minutes, if the cake is not baked well, by inserting a knife inside the cake, the mixture coming on the knife, then bake the cake more, in 50 minutes the cake will be ready.  


•  Open the cooker, and you can see the cake that the cake is cooked, if you want, test it too, stick a knife in the cake and see if the cake does not stick to the knife, then your cake is ready.


•  Allow the cooker to cool completely along with the cake container.  Separate the cake from the sides of the utensil by rotating the knife from the sides of the cake. Now take out the cake on a plate by tapping it lightly.


•  Chocolate cake made in a cooker is ready, cut the cake into your desired size and shape.
