INGREDIENTS 


 1. 1 kg Bhopla- Pumpkin (peeled) coarsely grated

 2. 1 tablespoon ghee

 3. 3 tsp'  cream

 4. About 50 to 75 grams of sugar (depending on the sweetness required)

 5. Cut dry fruits for garnishing



INSTRUCTIONS


 1. Cook the bhopla in a cooker on low heat for a whistle.  (If the mince is fully cooked, give it two whistles on medium heat)


 2. Take ghee in a pan and stir the grated pumpkin.


 3. When the pumpkin water comes to a boil, add cream and sugar and stir.


 4. When the halwa hardens, serve garnished with dry fruits.
