 INGREDIENTS


 1. 1 cup basmati rice

 2. In 1 cup Raj

 3. 2-3 onions

 4. 1 cup American corn

 5. 7-8 garlic and

 6. 1/2 spoon ginger paste

 7. 2- tsp  Kashmiri Chilli Powder

 8. Salt -  as per taste

 9.  oil


 INGREDIENTS FOR SALSA SAUCE


 1. 3 tomatoes

 2. 3 onions

 3. 8-10 garlic

 4. 1/4 tsp oregano

 5. 1/4 tsp chili flakes

 6. 1 teaspoon of sugar

 7. 3 cups of water


INSTRUCTIONS 


 1. Soak basmati rice for 2 hours and make it loose


 2. Soak in Raj for 6 hours


 3. Then boil in Rice, also boil corn


 4. Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan


 5. When the oil is hot, add 2 finely chopped onions and fry them, add ginger and garlic paste.

 6. Add boiled corn kernels


 7. Fry for 5 minutes


 8. Add Kashmiri chili


 9. Drain the water in the boiled raj and keep it dry


 10. Add basmati rice


 11. Mix well


 12. Top with a pinch of oregano


 INSTRUCTIONS FOR SALSA SAUCE


 1. Finely chop 3 onions, 3 tomatoes, and 8-10 cloves of garlic.


 2. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan


 3. Heat the oil and add finely chopped onion, tomato, and garlic


 4. Keep on low heat for 10 minutes


 5. After it rises properly, adds 3 cups of water


 6. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and oregano to it and boil for 10 minutes.


 7. Mexican rice can be garnished with cheese and shredded cabbage.
