 1. Avala - 5/8 


 2. Sugar - 6 tsp


 3. Honey - 4 tsp


 4. Salt - as per taste


 5. Cardamom powder – ½ tsp


 6. Ice cubes - as per your requirement


INSTRUCTIONS  FOR AMLA JUICE 


(1) First of all take fresh amla and wash it well. Then wash it well with clothes.


(2) Then cut the amla and remove the seeds. Take care that the vest does not become too amla and separate it from the gooseberry. Now prepare the amla paste.


(3) Now add some water to that paste and make a paste by stirring it till it becomes soft. When you feel a paste has formed, stir it well.


(4) Now add ice cubes, sugar, honey, salt, and small cardamom powder inside it and mix well again. Then take it in a glass and put it in the fridge to cool down. If you believe me, drink it fresh.
