When you want a helly spice-free meal, vegetable pulao is a perfect menu the rice. Pullo is a variety of types of the type such as Taava Pulao, Coconut milk pulao, Rub pulao, Jerda pulao, Kashmiri Pulao, Yaka Pulao, and Chicken Pulao. There are some different ways to make a vegetable pulao recipe. Each region has different ways to make it.

Vegetable pulao

Pulao can be made in a pan on the stovetop, pressure cooker, or instant pot.  I love being on a pressure cooker.  You can add vegetables like carrots, green peas, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, capsicum, spinach, and cabbage to this dish.  Pulao is best made with basmati rice.  Vegetable pulao can also be made with masala powder to make it colorful and spicy.  In this recipe, instead of adding masala to pulao or biryani, use the whole masala as this will make the taste of the dish different due to the aroma of the masala in the dish.

This veg pulao is a comforting dish to make from scratch when I'm in a hurry or have unannounced guests.  I can't tell you how fun it is to add khada masala to this dish made with basmati rice and green vegetables.  This recipe is one of my dad's favorites.  Then with curd, buttermilk, or pickle and yes fried green chilies, it becomes fun to eat.
