This recipe was originally published in Martha Stewart Living in June 2005, although it has been slightly modified. This is a beautiful cake made from scratch with a strawberry cake recipe.
Filled with strawberry flavor and a gorgeous shade of pink, this cake will make anyone's mouth water. Fresh strawberries work best for this recipe as they add great flavor. Filled and coated in strawberry cream cheese frosting, this cake is bursting with strawberry flavor.
It was the most beautiful and delicious cake I have ever made. The special thing about the cake is that it is made with very few ingredients, and you can make it within 15 minutes.
We will make this dish with the help of henna, baking powder, and baking soda. This recipe is very simple and tastes too. Keep in mind that according to the need add milk or thin or thick cake batter. A good idea is to insert a knife into the cake to check whether it is done or not. If the cake sticks to the knife, let it bake for another 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1. Maida - 1 cup
2. Baking powder - 1 tsp
3. Baking soda - ½ tsp
4. Salt - As per the test
5. Fresh Strawberries - 2 cups
6. Sugar - 1 cup
7. butter - ½ cup
8. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Mix all the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In a separate vessel, mix the oil or butter well.
(2) Mix strawberry puree with oil and sugar.
(3) Add half and half of the dry ingredients to the oil-sugar mixture. Do not overbeat the batter. Add milk as required and prepare the cake batter neither too thin nor too thick.
(4) Grease the cake pan with oil and pour the prepared cake batter into the greased pan. Bake the Eggless Strawberry Cake at 180 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes.
(5) To check whether the cake is ready or not, hit the toothpick or knife in the middle. The cake is ready when the toothpick comes out clean.
(6) If butter comes out with a toothpick, bake for another 5 minutes. Let the cake cool for 5 minutes.
(7) Take out the cake from the pan with a knife from all sides and let it cool.
(8) Garnish the cake with whipped cream and serve.
