You can make and drink this mushroom soup any day of the year but my advice is to try it in winter. This recipe is so easy that you can make this dish in 20 minutes even on a busy day. We all love soup in our family and especially during winter. Whenever we go to eat in a hotel, our first choice is tomato cream soup, but today I will tell you how to make mushroom soup.
The main ingredients of this dish will be available in your kitchen like green coriander, butter, cream, corn flour, black pepper, and ginger paste. In this recipe, butter is first added and ginger paste is fried. Then chopped mushroom pieces are added and cooked on low flame. You will find part of the next recipe in the method.

INGREDIENTS
1. Mushrooms - 200 grams
2. Butter - 3 tbsp
3. Green Coriander - 2 tbsp
4. Cream - 2 tbsp
5. Lime - 1
6. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
7. Salt - as per taste
8. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
9. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
(1) First wipe the mushroom with a cloth and cut it into small pieces by removing a little from the side of the stem.
(2) Put 1 or 2 tbsp butter in a pan and heat it till it melts. Put ginger in butter and fry it lightly, add chopped mushrooms, salt, and black pepper, mix until all the ingredients are mixed, cover them and let them cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes, and check.
(3) After a lot of juice comes out from inside the mushrooms, cook them in the open for 2 minutes, so that the mushrooms become soft.
(4) Leave some whole pieces of mushrooms in 1/4th part of the mushroom pan and put 3/4th part of the mushroom pieces in the mixer jar and grind coarsely. Put the ground mushrooms in the same pan in which there are whole pieces.
(5) Add 2 cups of water, after boiling, dissolve the cornflour in 2-3 tbsp of water until the kernels are gone and add it to the soup, let the soup boil for 2-3 minutes, and add 1 tbsp of cream, turn off the gas Do it and add 2 tsp lemon juice and mix.
(6) Very nice mushroom soup is ready, pour the soup into a bowl, garnish with cream and green coriander, and drink hot soup.
